DMF-Y-102S Manifold Mount 4 Inch Diaphragm Diaphragm Valve

Diaphragm pulse valve is the most important part of the bag jet cleaning system. On pulse bag filters, a pulse valve (also called a diaphragm valve) controls the release of air pulses during the cleaning cycle. When the dust chamber control board or timer board starts a cleaning cycle, it sends an electrical signal to the solenoid and then activates the pulse valve. Inside the pulse valve, the rubber diaphragm opens and closes to release the compressed air stored in the air header. Air then passes through the valve into the blowpipe above the filter and then down into the filter to clean it.

Compared to the potential savings, the cost of a pulse valve is negligible. In general, replacing worn diaphragms in system pulse valves will result in a 10% or longer filter life and a 15% or more reduction in compressed air use! In addition, when the condition of the pulse valve is not good, the filter is not clean enough. This results in higher pressure differentials, which can lead to a loss of suction for the entire system, higher fan tension (meaning higher electricity bills), and other delays and production losses caused by poorly performing dust collection systems.

Pulse jet bag filter with dust collector valve working principle:
The dust-containing gas enters the middle of the dust collector, and the lower tank passes through the dust-removing bag to enter the upper casing due to various effects of the dust-removing bag. The dust gas is separated, the dust is sucked on the dust bag, and the gas passes through the dust bag and enters the upper tank from the venturi and is discharged from the air outlet.

During the process of purifying the dust-containing gas through the dust bag, as the time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the dust bag, so that the resistance of the bag is gradually increased, and the amount of gas passing through the bag is gradually reduced, in order to remove dust. The device can work normally, so the resistance should be controlled within a limited range (generally >120-150 mm water column). In this way, when the resistance rises to a limited range, the pulse controller will issue an instruction to trigger each DMF-Y-76S electromagnetic pulse valve in sequence to open DMF-Y-76S pulse solenoid valve. The compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into the corresponding dust bag by the venturi tube through the holes of the spray pipe, and the dust bag is rapidly expanded under the reverse action of the air flow, so that the dust accumulated on the surface of the dust bag is detached, and the dust bag is restored to the initial stage. Filter status. The dust that has been cleared falls into the ash hopper and is discharged from the body through the ash discharge system. Since the dust accumulated on the dust bag is regularly removed, the purified gas passes normally to ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.
