032F1225 EVR 15 NC 7/8'' Solder ODF Refrigeration Solenoid Valve
For small fluorine refrigeration systems, EVR20 refrigeration solenoid valves are usually closed. Without EVR20 solenoid valve, the high pressure liquid refrigerant will continue to enter the low pressure after closing until the high and low pressure balance. The compressor first inhales the refrigerant liquid in the pipeline, which makes the compressor break and liquefy. The lubricating oil of the compressor enters the system instantly and seriously damages the compressor parts. Therefore, in the high-pressure liquid supply pipeline installed solenoid valve, compressor motor synchronous operation or stop. In the case of sudden power failure and normal shutdown, the solenoid valve power, cut off the delivery of high-pressure liquid, ensure the system and compression. The machine is safe and working normally.

EVR refrigeration solenoid valve trouble solution:
First of all, the solenoid valve does not work after power
Check whether the power connection is defective --- reconnect and connect the joint
Check whether the power supply voltage is within working range --- adjust the normal position range
Whether the coil is removed welding --- rewelding
Coil short circuit --- replace coil
Whether the working differential pressure is inappropriate --- To adjust the differential pressure --- To replace the proportional solenoid valve
Too high fluid temperature --- replace proportional solenoid valve
Solenoid valve main valve core and moving iron core are stuck by impurities --- cleaning. If the seal is damaged, replace the seal and install the strainer.
The liquid viscosity is too high, the frequency is too high, the service life reaches --- change the product
Second, the solenoid valve cannot be closed
Main valve core or iron core seal damage --- replace the seal
Whether the fluid temperature and viscosity is too high --- Replace the solenoid valve
There are impurities into the solenoid valve to produce a spool or move the core --- cleaning
Spring life up to or out of shape --- replace
Hole board balance hole plug --- timely cleaning
Working frequency is too high or life is up --- re-select or update the product
Third, in other cases
Internal leakage --- check for damage to seals and improper spring assembly
External leakage --- connection loose or seal failure --- tighten the screws or replace the seal
Noise during electrification --- head solid parts loose and tight. Voltage fluctuation is not allowed, adjust the voltage. Iron core suction surface dirty or uneven, timely cleaning or replacement.
