AB410 16mm Inner Diameter height 40mm CKD Type Solenoid Valve Coil
This solenoid valve coil is applied in CKD AB41-02 / AB41-03 series solenoid valves. Solenoid valve core is the sealing and sealing part of the solenoid coil, also known as the solenoid valve coil. That is to say, the injured and sealed electrical coils are sealed with insulation material, leaving only terminals, insulation, waterproof, anti-riot, fireproof, anti-corrosion, etc.
Features

Solenoid valve assembly temperature rise and maximum temperature requirements:
According to the heat resistance grade determined by GB/T 11021, the maximum temperature obtained by temperature rise of electromagnetic coil assembly and increase of ambient temperature shall not exceed the following table:
Insulation class | Maximum normal temperature rise (℃) | Maximum temperature(℃) |
B | 90 | 130 |
F | 115 | 155 |
H | 140 | 180 |
N | 160 | 200 |
R | 180 | 220 |
Tips: Not applicable to pulsating operating coils! |
Voltage withstand test method of electromagnetic coil power frequency:
Apply the test voltage specified in the table below between the power supply terminal and the ground terminal. The leakage current is set as 1ma, type test 1min, factory test 1s. Increase specified value by 10%) without breakdown, discharge or flashover.
Rated voltage U(V) | Power frequency withstand voltage and inter-turn voltage test voltage(V) |
U<60 | ≥1000 |
60≤ U<300 | ≥2000 |
300≤ U<600 | ≥2500 |
The resistance of the electromagnetic coil is measured by a dc resistance tester or a multimeter resistance file. When the ambient temperature is not 20℃, the standard resistance is calculated as follows:
R2 = (T2 + 234.5)/(234.5 + 20) * R1
T2 - ambient temperature in degrees Celsius
R1 - standard resistance, i.e., resistance at 20℃
R2 - standard resistance in current temperature, expressed in ohms (Ω).
