How to use pulse jet valve?
1.After the installation of submerging dust removal pulse valve, it is not allowed to weld the air bag and related flanges, connect the spray pipe, prevent welding slag or instant high temperature scald the diaphragm, affecting the service life of the diaphragm.
2.In order to protect the submerged dust removal pulse valve, filter and pressure regulating valve should be installed on the compressed air or the inert gas entering the air envelop road, and the blowdown valve should be installed on the bottom of the air bag. Ensure the compressed air supply is clean and dry. According to the operating conditions of regular cleaning.
3.The inlet pipe diameter of the air bag cannot be selected too small, so that the air pressure cannot be supplied in time, and the submerged dust removal pulse valve cannot be blown normally.
