The shown is diaphragm repair kits for 1 1/2'' AUTEL AE1440B, AE1440R, AE2440B, AE2440R pulse valves. It is made of thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) and includes one 3/4'' secondary membrane and one 1 1/2'' main membrane. TPE diaphragms are durable, low cost and operate over a wide temperature range. Injection-molded of premium grade engineering resins, TPE diaphragms have inherent tensile strength without the need for fabric reinforcement. It plays an important role in AUTEL pulse valves, when it was braken, the valve will no longer work properly.
