The working principle of pulse valve with solenoid coil:
When the pulse valve is not energized, the gas passes through the constant pressure pipe of the upper and lower casings and The orifice enters the decompression chamber. Since the valve core blocks the pressure relief hole under the action of the spring, the gas will not be discharged, so that the pressure of the decompression chamber and the air bag are consistent, and under the action of the spring, the diaphragm will be blown. Blocked, the gas will not rush out.
When the pulse valve is energized, the valve core is lifted up by the electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole is opened, and the gas is ejected. Due to the action of the constant pressure pipe orifice, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is greater than the constant pressure pipe of the decompression chamber. The inflow rate of the gas causes the pressure of the air bag to be lower than the pressure of the lower air chamber, and the gas of the air bag pushes up the diaphragm, opens the air injection port, and performs gas injection.
