2 1/2 Inch Joil Type Pulse Valve Diaphragm made of Nitrile Rubber
1. Solenoid coil has one-touch terminal block with easy electrical wiring. For outdoor use, use aluminum die-casting material body.
2. A timer controller for quick opening and closing of valve and a waterproofed, up to 180'C heat resistance coil are used.
3. Used for dusting off the surface of the FILTER BAG.
4. Diaphragm is opened by the movement of solenoid coil, instantly(0.1~0.9sec) large amounts of compressed air is discharged at once.

Installation of Joil type pulse valve diaphragm
1. To avoid any potential operational problems it is preferable that the valves are not mounted underneath the tank where condensation may collect. All o-rings should be coated with a silicone based lubricant or similar.
2. Dresser nut seals where used are a pressure seal only, not a structural component. Do not rely on dresser seals to retain either the tanks or blowtubes. Tanks and blowtubes must be independently restrained.
3. Connect to Goyen pilot valve, if remotely actuated.
4. Ensure compressed air supply is dry and free from oil and dirt.
5. Check all cleaning system components are secure before applying pressure.
6. Apply moderate pressure and check for leaks.
7.Fully pressurise system.
8.Test fire and listen for proper actuation and crisp pulse noises.
Technical requirements for pulse valve diaphragm:
