1. Coal fired boiler dust collectors for power station applications.
2. Process and kiln collectors in cement plants.
3. Long filter or pleated filterbag technology, ideal for high pressure pulsing of 8m and larger filter bags. Equally suitable for high cloth areas of pleated filter bags.
4. Low pressure pulsing applications. The 25% increase in flow capacity will allow lower cleaning system tank pressures than previously achieved in like for like applications.

Common dust collector pulse jet valve failures and causes:
Fault phenomenon | Reasons |
Input electric signal, the pilot head does not move, the diaphragm does not move, and the valve does not work. | The line is unreachable; the voltage is too low; due to improper installation on site, the pilot head is stuck. |
The electric signal is input, the pilot head moves in place, and the electromagnetic pulse valve cannot be blown. | The unloading hole has poor blocking and exhausting, and the first moving column has a card phenomenon. |
When the electrical signal is input, the diaphragm jumps in place and the pulse valve cannot be blown. | The pilot head moving column is beating, the large diaphragm damping hole wear becomes larger, the damping effect becomes smaller; the small diaphragm damping hole is blocked, and the unloading and exhausting is not smooth. |
